Pescadero Seafood & Oyster Bar is offering two Chicago Restaurant Week dinner experiences, giving guests the option to enjoy either a $45 or $60 prix fixe menu. Both menus highlight fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and signature dishes that define Pescadero as a top seafood restaurant in Wilmette.


$45 Chicago Restaurant Week Dinner Menu


The $45 Chicago Restaurant Week dinner includes three courses, with guests selecting one item from each course.


Course One features lighter starters such as a Field Greens Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and carrots, or a classic Caesar Salad with romaine, garlic croutons, and Grana Padano.


Course Two highlights Pescadero favorites including Half Dozen East Coast Oysters, Calabrian Octopus with grilled broccolini and fingerling potatoes, Fish N’ Chips with North Atlantic cod and parmesan fries, or Brick Chicken with veggie fried rice and lemon butter sauce.


Course Three includes Strawberry Cheesecake or Key Lime Pie.

For guests looking to experience an expanded seafood-forward menu, Pescadero is also offering a four-course Chicago Restaurant Week dinner for $60 per person.


Course One includes Brussels Chips with honey balsamic drizzle and shaved almonds, Rhode Island Calamari with banana peppers and lemon garlic butter, or Half Dozen East Coast Oysters.


Course Two features classic salads such as an Iceberg Wedge with applewood smoked bacon and creamy blue cheese or a Caesar Salad with romaine, garlic croutons, and Grana Padano.


Course Three showcases premium entrées including Linguine & Clams, Bourbon Glazed Cedar Plank Salmon, Corn Flake & Almond Crusted Whitefish, Wood Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with pomme frites, Cioppino with mixed seafood in white wine tomato broth, or Calabrian Octopus with grilled broccolini and fingerling potatoes.


Course Four finishes with Strawberry Cheesecake or Key Lime Pie.

Pescadero is also featuring a Chicago Restaurant Week brunch menu for $30 per person, available Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests will enjoy a three-course brunch that blends fresh seafood with classic brunch favorites.


Brunch Course One includes options such as Two Oysters, Brussels Chips with honey balsamic drizzle and shaved almonds, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, or a Yogurt Parfait with Greek yogurt, granola, and mixed berries.


Brunch Course Two offers a wide variety of entrées, including Eggs Your Way, Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast with smoked chili hollandaise, Banana French Toast, Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon & Sausage Omelette, or the Pescadero Burger with grass-fed beef, smoked white cheddar, avocado, and breakfast potatoes.


Brunch Course Three features a warm Cinnamon Bun, the perfect ending to a leisurely Restaurant Week brunch.
